  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time, and against budget, while maintaining alignment with commercial, product, and customer objectives.
  • “Roll up your sleeves” to support hands‑on delivery when required, particularly during busy periods, major campaigns, or critical initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with the commercial function as well as other internal teams to deliver cohesive, strategically aligned marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships and manage external agencies, suppliers, and partners to enhance campaign impact and department output.

Reporting, Insights & Optimisation

  • Monitor and interpret campaign performance data and marketing KPIs, creating clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Produce regular performance updates for senior leadership, highlighting impact, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Use data to influence strategy, refine audience approaches, and enhance the effectiveness of future marketing activity.

Operations & Budget Management

  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of marketing operations, including project tracking, process improvements, and resource planning.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to determine a marketing budget allocation focussed on delivering ROI across multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
  • Manage assigned campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring maximum value and return on investment.
