You’ll bring:
Experience at Commis Chef or Chef de Partie level within a professional kitchen
Strong foundational culinary skills and preparation techniques
Confidence working across a range of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
The ability to stay organised, focused, and calm under pressure during busy service
A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
A passion for learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to new recipes and ways of working
Good time management and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene or equivalent preferred)
Flexibility to support the needs of the rota and the wider team
Above all, you’ll have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for delivering high-quality food.
