We are now recruiting for a Client Fund Analyst to join our dedicated Client Fund Management team based in Hereford. You will be part of a friendly, professional, and highly detail‑focused team who pride themselves on accuracy, robust controls, and delivering exceptional service.
Reporting to the Client Fund Management Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end payment processing, financial reconciliations, chargebacks, and operational finance support across the business.
Within this role some of your key duties will include:

Manage payment submissions, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and correct settlement alignment.
- Perform daily reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and produce accurate reports to maintain the integrity of client funds and scheme balances.
- Provide first‑line support and guidance for financial data processing systems.
- Ensure fund movements remain accurate and compliant, escalating risks where appropriate.
- Support improvements to financial processes and documentation by reviewing, testing, and helping to develop clear, user‑friendly guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, supporting wider finance operations and business continuity when required.
