About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service with a smile? Do you thrive in a vibrant and energetic environment? If so, we want you to be part of our new venture at The Sidings, on the outskirts of Hereford, situated within 2 vintage trains.

You will be working 10 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm), on top of your salary you will receive a share of the weekly tips, have access to free parking and charging, free on site gym as well as many more great benefits we have to offer. This is on a fixed term contract until September 2025.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests.
Respond to customers inquiries and resolve any concerns.
Confidentially advertise the offerings in our Farm Shop.
Use of EPOS.

About You

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Proven excellent customer service skills.
Preferably previous experience of working in hospitality.
Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Be passionate about food, the local area and local produce.
Dedicated team player.
