Marketing Apprentice (Catering/Hospitality)

Within this role you will be:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as menus, signage, flyers, and digital assets.
• Support in the scheduling and posting of content across digital channels (email, social media, web updates).
• Help write and proofread copy for campaigns, newsletters, and other comms, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
• Help coordinate events
• Provide logistical support (booking spaces, preparing materials, liaising with catering staff and suppliers).
• Monitor campaign outcomes and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail in written work and admin tasks.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Entry Requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• Interest in marketing, events, hospitality, or food services.
• Previous part-time or volunteer experience in hospitality, retail or customer service (preferred but not essential).
