We are currently seeking an experienced Bid Co-ordinator to join us in allpay’s full end to end bid writing process. Within the role of Bid Co-ordinator you will collate key information, provide administrative support and build brilliant relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on submitting award winning bids.
This role offers progression opportunities, with the potential to advance into a Junior Bid Manager position as you grow and develop with the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with responses to various tenders.
- Acting as a key conduit for all tenders related activity.
- Tracking and updating on progress of all tender activity.
- Development of templates and boiler plate content.
- Proactively keep up to date with the competitive marketplace, working closely with market intelligence, sales and product to ensure competitive advantages and strategy are well understood and proposals are shaped around these areas.
- Working to tight deadlines, providing top quality proof reading and ensuring version control of all content as it is added to and developed.
