We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Contracts Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office.
The Contracts Team is responsible for obtaining contracts from all clients of the company. This involve sourcing, collating, drafting, and sending the contractual documentation to clients making sure that signed contract is received.
You will join a friendly, professional, and dedicated team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service.
In this role you will learn about the creation of contract documents between allpay and Clients and support your team to answer Client queries with regards to the contract process.
You will work with your team to ensure Clients’ and internal queries are answered efficiently and professionally via telephone or email.
You will also be working closely with other departments, collating information from Sales, Implementation and Legal Office to draft and send out contracts ensuring quotations sent by the Sales Team members to clients are correct and request amendments to pricing when required.
Other responsibilities will include assisting in ad hoc projects, developing reports for use across the business, assisting the Invoicing Team with client enquiries, and assisting the Client Support team with client information changes.
During your apprenticeship you will work towards progressing into the Contracts Officer role.
