About The Role

If you have your finger on the pulse and have an extremely proactive approach to anticipating people’s needs, then this could be the ideal role for you!  In this varied role you will be able to demonstrate being discrete, having complete confidence and enjoy working with multiple people across the allpay business.  Ideally you will be able to bring humour into your work whilst maintaining professionalism and productivity.  You will be working heavily with allpay’s Founder and Managing Director helping ensure that travel and other requirements needs are facilitated smoothly and with minimal interruptions to the day.

  • Working with allpay’s PA to the Founder and Managing Director, co-ordinating travel arrangements which could stretch across the UK or internationally.
  • Driving, potentially long distance and at varying times of the day in a personal capacity.  This could include for various members of the allpay team.
  • Personal maintenance of site cars, ensuring these are kept in outstanding condition, maintaining accurate records and scheduling services, MOT’s etc in line with this.
  • Ideally have the ability to perform low level maintenance repairs on cars, such as changing tyres etc.
  • Liaise with suppliers, such as contractors, garages, valet companies etc.
  • Manage the private garage ensuring the space is organised, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Support to the overall allpay site such as custom low level DIY projects and minor repairs.
  • Support the overall facilities team when required to do so.  

About You

The ideal candidate will have/be:
 
  • A clean driving licence and be comfortable driving, potentially long distances.
  • Be completely confidential and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Have the ability to create great relationships and bring humour into their role balancing this with the right level of professionalism.
  • Good computer and office skills, in particular Word, Excel and booking management systems.
  • Be keen to introduce initiatives and new technology to help with the smooth running of areas.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a create flair to solve challenges.
  • Previous experience of being in a driver’s role, not essential but desired. 
  • Be a team player and happy to get stuck in where allpay needs support.
