About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Bid Co-ordinator to join the allpay’s Tenders team to support the full, end to end bid writing process.  Within this role you will collate key information and provide administrative support. 

There is also a potential for remote working on some of the days within this role. 

Reporting to the Bid Manager and working closely with the Bid Writer you will have the opportunity to develop first class content and responses for all tenders entered.

Some of the key areas of responsibility within this role are:

  • Assisting with responses to various tenders.
  • Acting as a key conduit for all tenders-related activity.
  • Tracking and updating on progress of all tender activity.
  • Development of templates and boiler plate content.
  • Proactively keep up to date with the competitive marketplace, working closely with market intelligence, sales, and product to ensure competitive advantages and strategy are well understood and proposals are shaped around these areas.
  • Supporting Bid Manager and Bid Writer in key meetings. Standing in as required for various meetings.
  • Working to tight deadlines, providing top quality proof reading and ensuring version control of all content as it is added to and developed.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Background and knowledge of delivery of complex bids and proposals.
  • The ability to build excellent working relationships.
  • To be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • To be educated to A level or equivalent.
  • APMP qualification to Foundation level.
