We are seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Business Analyst (Technology, Change & Financial Products) to work within our Project Management Office.
As a Senior Business Analyst (Technology, Change & Financial Products), you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative financial products within a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will drive the success of our delivery teams by translating business requirements into tangible solutions.
This is a highly technical role that also demands excellent interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to challenge, influence, and collaborate at all levels.
Here at allpay, we follow an Office First working model, reflecting the importance we place on in‑person collaboration across our teams, most of whom are based on-site. While a strong office presence is essential to support our teams and projects, we also recognise the value of flexibility. For this role, up to two days per week can be worked remotely.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology development teams, and product owners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, solve problems, prioritise tasks, and drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine features, prioritise backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, data flows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights into industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to inform decision-making and to help shape product strategy.
- Lead by example in applying analytical best practices and quality standards across projects.
- Support the development of more junior Business Analysts by coaching and providing day-to-day guidance, peer reviews, and sharing knowledge across the team.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Analysis function, contributing to the evolution of frameworks, templates, and ways of working.
