Due to the continuing success of Carriages on the outskirts of Hereford, we have a vacancy within our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis Chef look for their next role or a Chef de Partie to join our team working across our outlets on site. This role will definitely offer variation for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be:
- Setting up the kitchen prior to opening.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available.
- As food orders come into the kitchen start preparing the portions of the order in your section.
- Control and manage stock.
- Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of the shift.
- Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes.
- Enforces strict health and hygiene standards.
We offer on top of your salary a share of tips, on average 37.5 hours per week as well as other benefits.
