We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team. Location: Based in our Hereford office, with occasional travel across the UK for events and client meetings when not on Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Sales Support: Assist in executing sales strategies and meeting team revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Support the team in building a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound calls and market research.
- Presentations and Proposals: Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to help identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team members and other departments to support overall sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for the management team.
- Industry Engagement: Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions to promote allpay.
