Due to the continuing success of our Carriages restaurant, a unique fine dining experience on the outskirts of Hereford, we have a vacancy within our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis Chef to join our team in our new exciting venture at The Sidings, which will be situated within vintage trains. This is an exciting chance to work under our Executive Head Chef Nick Briggs.

As a Commis Chef, you will be:
- Assisting in food preparation.
- Cooking and prepping high quality dishes.
- Assisting the Chef da Partie.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Cleaning of stations.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
In addition to your salary you will receive a share of the tips over a 5 day working week (Wednesday to Sunday).
