We’re now looking for a great Senior Product Manager to lead our company’s vision and mission to build financially inclusive digital banking products that impact the lives of millions. Building on our healthy payments solutions you will lead the development of innovative digital banking solutions and on a compelling presence in banking deposit, savings and lending products.
The Role
Product is at the heart of our ambition. As a Senior Product Manager (Banking), you will have a keen eye for detail and understand that even the smallest product choices can have a huge impact on customer behaviour and adoption. You’ll lead a project working with multi-disciplined team to set ambitious goals for our banking product area and have the freedom to decide how to meet them. Operating with a large degree of autonomy, you will shape the product, proposition, and commercial management of our banking products in response to strategic and regulatory drivers while ensuring that we meet the changing needs of our customers. You will make a massive impact on our customers’ lives and allpay’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver innovative and leading product propositions and strategy, in the evolving digital banking landscape, for the next phase of our banking products.
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, and how we’ll continue to differentiate ourselves and grow while continuously understanding and monitoring the regulatory landscape, external markets and competitors.
- Lead on increasing customer engagement with our existing users, alongside defining how we continue to evolve to meet new customer needs.
- Lead on developing and delivering a customer engagement strategy for existing allpay clients, including increasing engagement and monetisation. Key success metrics include total users, monthly engagement and volume of funds deposited / held.
- Work methodically, collaboratively and constructively with stakeholders across the business including design, engineering, research, data science and compliance, to refine your plan and execute against it effectively to achieve strategic goals.
- Balance working towards long-term growth while achieving short-term objectives and revenue targets.
- Help to shape the broader product strategy by sharing insights from your work.
