We are now looking for Compliance Analyst – Client Monitoring to join the Compliance Team, based in our Hereford Head Office.

Reporting to Head of Compliance, as Compliance Analyst (Client Monitoring) you will be responsible for administration and monitoring of allpay’s client facing regulated activities, including reviewing and evaluating compliance issues/concerns.
As part of the wider Compliance function, Compliance Analyst (Client Monitoring) role supports the Board of Directors, management, and employees to achieve and maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory bodies, ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed and develop a culture within allpay that meets industry and company required standards of conduct.
Some of your other key responsibilities will include:
- Provide effective client and customer monitoring function, prior to on-boarding and throughout our contract period to ensure key risks are identified, mitigated, managed, and monitored.
- Using our Risk Assessment Framework, review the client profile against the product requested in the Programme Overview and identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk in relation to ongoing client activity (particularly Know Your Customer (KYC) processes).
- Conduct regular Client Monitoring On-site Visits to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements and produce reports to highlight conformance and non-conformance and provide an effective remediation plan.
- Maintain, implement, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- To support Compliance functions in maintaining, managing, and reviewing systems and controls to ensure compliance with all legislation and guidance including the Proceeds of Crime Act, Terrorism Act and Money Laundering Regulations (including the Politically Exposed Persons and Sanctions requirements).
