About The Role

allpay Limited are one of the fastest growing Fintech companies in the UK and are experts in the payment and financial services arena. We have also successfully diversified into a number of other sectors.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join our growing Compliance team and study towards a level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship through Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association. We can also discuss an opportunity to add on a level 3 diploma in Business Administration to the qualification. 

Within this role you will be able to:

  • Carry out general office administration duties (responding to e-mail and telephone enquiries, maintaining records and spreadsheets).
  • Assist the Compliance team in the maintenance and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of existing internal Compliance systems, including risk, audit and corrective action processes.
  • Assist the Compliance team with the introduction of process improvements relating to company quality and security standards.
  • Liaise with other staff to align our quality and security processes.
  • Ensure all Compliance documentation is organised and maintained appropriately.
  • Assist in archiving data and how best it is achieved and maintained for Compliance.
  • Provide support to the team and wider business from an administrative and compliance perspective.
  • Collect management information, take notes and produce meeting minutes.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have willingness to study for further qualifications and participate in training courses.
  • Have GCSE (or equivalent) grade ‘C’ or above in three subjects including Mathematics and English.
  • Be able to self-motivate and be able to adapt existing experience to new situations.
  • Have good general I.T. skills including Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel).
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a smart appearance and courteous manner.
  • Have excellent writing skills.
  • Be able to undertake research and investigation on own initiative.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Have good team working skills and attributes.
