About The Role

This is an exciting time to join and play a pivotal role in our newly formed Delivery team here at allpay Limited.

We have ambitious growth plans and as part of this we are passionate about how we evolve our delivery function not through documentation and processes but by putting the user at the heart of what we do.

Within this role you will be leading a team of Project and Programme Managers in house and working with our outsourcing partners in a matrix managed technology environment.  You will be building the function that delivers continuous strategic alignment against the business needs.

Some of the other elements you will be leading/involved in are:

  • Leading allpay through various transformational delivery programmes towards a digital first philosophy and ultimately increased revenue growth.
  • Working closely with Senior Managers and key stakeholders across the business to drive collaboration and communication between various teams.
  • Being confident to challenge stakeholder requirements to ensure we are delivering the best possible outcome for allpay as a whole.
  • Working with our Architecture, Infrastructure and Application teams, and then having the ability to translate highly technical information to all levels across the business.
  • Work closely with our Product leaders to feed into and shape our Product Roadmap moving forward.
  • Shape programmes and projects using a variety of delivery frameworks, methodologies and tools.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Good knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions and strategic application to our business needs.
  • Excellent leadership background with the ability to build a high performing team and also leading cross functional teams in a technology matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills with the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms.
  • High level of agility with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment to improve operational performance.
  • Have a great deal of integrity, you’ll need to be making decisions that support the whole business.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences including the Board of Directors.
