About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team in the role of a People Partner on a fixed term contract, for maternity cover, for approximately 12 months.

This is a great role, working in partnership with the business to support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.  This role will suit someone who is hands on and enjoys a generalist role putting a commercial hat on at times. 

If you are an experienced generalist HR professional, then this could be the ideal role for you!

Here’s a bit more information on what you will be doing:

  • Supporting with the delivery of the people strategy
  • Partnering with various areas of the business (mainly IT) to support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Working with our Resourcing Partner to develop new ideas and approaches to our recruitment and onboarding.
  • Bringing to life our two new HR/Payroll and flexible benefits platforms and adding supporting streamlined processes will be key.
  • Help support our people to thrive and our managers to utilise their wellbeing toolkit.
  • Working with our wider Learning and Development team to build learning interventions to support our people.

About You

What are we looking for you to have?

  • Above everything be a great team player, we need someone who is happy to collaborate and get involved as needed with a positive mindset.
  • Be curious enough to see if we can do things a different way e.g. simplifying our processes.
  • Have a huge amount of integrity, you’ll be working with sensitive information and integrity is key.
  • Be agile in your approach, we are often changing direction at pace and may need to find new paths to explore!
  • A HR generalist background with experience of supporting at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent attention to detail when carrying out tasks.
