We are looking for an individual who wants to make a difference for our allpay employees, providing reliable and excellent customer service to those who require transport to our Hereford offices,

This rewarding minibus driving role is available to someone looking to provide an efficient, safe, and essential service to join our fabulous and welcoming team with full company benefits package.

We will welcome your application whether you have a D1 PCV licence or D1 licence with the drive to become PCV qualified. enabling you to confidently drive a 16-seater minibus! As a home to work minibus driver you will enjoy the benefit of splitting your working hours over two shifts. You will enjoy the late morning and lunchtime to pursue your leisure activities.

You’ll be able to make a real difference to the allpay vision of growing our wellbeing strategy and making our community grow collaboratively.

Please note that the hours for this role are flexible, however, would need to cover a minimum of morning and late afternoon trips over Monday to Friday.

  • Responsible for providing safe and efficient transport for allpay staff, to and from our premises at the beginning and end of the working day.
  • Provide a positive, friendly service and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Able to act and communicate any delays or issues that will affect the smooth running of the journey and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Prepared to undertake alternative duties within the Facilities Team if bus run is cancelled.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Hold a non-restricted and clean PCV category D1 driving licence, and equivalent CPC entitlement, or be willing to train to achieve one, and for insurance purposes be over the age of 25
  • Agile enough to adapt to changing situations and collaborative in managing issues as they arise
