About The Role

We are now recruiting for HR Administrator Apprentice to join our HR and L&D Team. The role is based in our Hereford Office.

You will join a friendly and professional team who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and is dedicated to creating the best employee experience.

As HR Administrator Apprentice you will gain experience and support the team in the following areas:

  • Make up and maintain personal files and archiving when appropriate.
  • Filing HR related documentation.
  • Providing HR general administration tasks for the HR and L&D department for example, answering the telephone, devising standard HR documents, templates and letters, assisting in handling the HR enquires inbox alongside the rest of the HR team.
  • Supporting the effective administration of the employee reference process.
  • Supporting the employee sickness process and working towards providing timely administrative support in relation to sick notes, fit notes, return to work.
  • Working towards administering the new starter process including but not exhaustive to, arranging induction sessions and meetings, as well as chasing new starters’ outstanding paperwork.
  • Working towards providing support to the HR Operations Manager and the wider HR Advisors with recruitment administration i.e. candidate communication and data retention.
  • Working towards administering allpay's L&D records for internal and external courses and professional qualifications.
  • Working towards administering the leavers process by removing data from relevant spreadsheets, as well as documenting the change process in the leavers’ personnel files, arranged in a place in line with specific auditory requirements.
  • Supporting the team to ensure all HR and L&D administrative tasks are completed in line with compliance requirements including but not exhaustive to legal, ISO, FCA, PCI, Mastercard and Visa.
You will work diligently towards the apprenticeship qualification and complete all aspects required both on and off the job.

About You

As our ideal candidate you will:

  • Have the ability to work with a methodical, consistent and accurate approach to routine tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Be proficient  in Microsoft Office 2013 suite or equivalent.
  • Have attention to detail in data management and administrative support task.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with staff at all levels.
  • Work well as part of a team and under own initiative.
  • Have the ability to be plan and be organised whilst work to tight deadlines.
  • Have the flexibility and adaptability in changing situations.
