About The Role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for Product Managers to join our Product Management team.

In this role you will be able to utilise a blend of your technical skills with a passion for learning, and a desire to deliver the best products to meet Clients' and Customers' needs.
 
You will be working with various teams and stakeholders across the business, including IT teams, sales and marketing and business operations to ensure allpay products are designed and enhanced to meet customers expectations and compliance standards.
 
Whether you are new to Product Management, or already have background and knowledge of the Product Management tools, allpay provides great learning and development opportunities.
 
In a Junior role, we will of course provide more focused training and help you learn and develop the specific knowledge in this area.

As Product Manager you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of products and lead on developing new products/features into the marketplace.

  • Build and present a robust business case for new product proposals and communicate with senior management on the tangible and non-tangible value of new and enhanced product developments.

  • Working closely with Market Intelligence, be responsible for understanding the marketplace by utilising  customer research, competitive intelligence, industry analysis, trends, economic signals and competitive activity.

  • Be recognised as the internal facing product specialist and technical expert.

  • Responsible for the delivery of product launches internally, describing the sales expectations, internal/client benefits, competitor landscape, operational support/implementation and future developments.

  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Good Analytical skills and interest in technology.
For standard and senior role we would of course expect evidenced knowledge and background in using product management tools and evidence of working with bringing products to market.
 
 What would be advantageous?
 
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape covering Financial services and payments.

  • Familiarity with PSD2, PSRs and EMRs.

  • Understanding of allpay systems and products.
