About The Role

We have an exciting new role available which is pivotal to delivering allpay’s IT Infrastructure moving forwards for both our internal and external customers.

This role needs to have the perfect blend of both technical skills and above all amazing customer service.  You will be leading a team of approximately 8 individuals and will play an important part of their career development through coaching and mentoring.  In addition to this you will need to be versatile enough to provide support to the wider areas of our IT Operations team.

This is a role where you can make a real difference, not only to the IT strategy at allpay but to growing and developing our fantastic team!

  • Key role for delivery of our Azure migration
  • Key role in delivering new call centre technology
  • Proactive approach to system management, supported through the ITIL framework
  • Lead continuous development across the department, through new technology recommendations and policy development
  • Keep building on our collaborative approaches and foster open communication within problem solving
  • Manage resourcing plans to ensure key projects are delivered
  • Form part of the incident support team which may require out of hours coverage

About You

What are we looking for you to have?

  • Above all to be passionate and enthusiastic about the work you do
  • Be full of integrity and take ownership in what you deliver
  • Be curious enough to see if we can do things in a different way, improve the customer experience or implement new technology for example
  • Be agile enough to adapt to changing situations and collaborative in managing issues as they arise
  • A background in hosted solution management including Azure 
  • Line Management/coaching/mentoring experience
