About The Role

We have an ideal opportunity for a highly experienced Senior HR Administrator to undertake a six-month project.

Within this role you will be able to have a real impact on allpay’s digital journey whilst supporting our overall regulatory requirements as a business.

Ideally you will have previous experience of undertaking a large migration of data from old to new HR systems. Aiding the transformation of a largely manual set of process to a fully digitalised self-managed platform.

Within this role you will be:

  • Leading the data migration from our current HR System to our new platform and ensuring linked systems are updated accordingly.
  • Supporting BAU day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of existing processes.
  • Taking the lead role on the administrative requirements of the L&D team. From updating the Learning Management System to ensuring course uptake is at required levels.
  • Supporting the management of various HR and L&D data and files, developing new files and cleansing old files.
  • Producing and update spreadsheets, databases, systems, filing etc. ensuring relevant information remains up-to-date and cleansed.
  • Filing HR related documentation. Working through the current backlog, skipping unnecessary duplication where work aligns to the new system changes.
  • Providing support to the HR Ops manager and the wider HR Advisors with recruitment administration i.e., candidate communication and data retention.
  • Providing support with the upkeep of allpays learning and development records for internal and external courses and professional qualifications.
  • Administering the new starter and leavers process by updating/removing data from relevant spreadsheets, as well as documenting the change process in the leavers’ personnel files, arranged in a place in line with specific auditory requirements.
  • Ensuring all HR and L&D administrative tasks are completed in line with compliance requirements including but not exhaustive to legal, ISO, FCA, PCI, Mastercard and Visa
  • Streamlining process and recommending process improvements that enable the best future use of people’s time. Enabling self-service or service level zero wherever possible.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have proven and effective administrative experience with a methodical, consistent, and accurate approach to routine tasks.
  • Strong planning, organising and implementation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Be Proficient / expert in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Have knowledge and/or working background with HR systems would be desirable
  • Have excellent attention to detail in data management and administrative support tasks would be helpful.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and concisely with members of the allpay team at all levels.
  • Be able to work well as part of a team, get stuck in where required and work under your own initiative.
  • Be highly focused on efficiency and the best processes for our customers and wider HR team alike. Removing unnecessary burdens wherever possible.
