About The Role

allpay Limited are one of the fastest growing Fintech companies in the UK and are experts in the payment and financial services arena, where the business has successfully diversified into a number of other sectors.

Due to growth within the Finance Department we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our friendly, professional and dedicated Finance Team.

Within this role you will be:

  • A Key Finance contact who prides themselves on delivering work to a high standard throughout the business.
  • Offering quality financial management information to support the business in making good financial decisions, through providing information with attention to detail.
  • The oversight of the monthly payroll function (including P11ds)
  • Deputise for Head of Finance as required.

About You


To be successful in this role you will need to:
  • Ensure the monthly management accounts are completed in a timely manner and as per regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Be a key Business Partner to all areas of the business offering valuable support and guidance, so people invest money effectively for the long-term benefit of the business.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews, challenging budget holders, senior management team and directors on variances and forecast, ensuring significant variances are reported with recommended action.
  • Be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with significant post qualification experience and evidenced knowledge of up to date accounting standards and practices.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Develop and set processes and instil financial discipline and control.
  • Manage and develop the team through coaching, mentoring and delegation where relevant.
