Whilst we want to offer personal flexibility with remote working, we also value face-face time and human interactions in person. Our hybrid working pattern includes 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home, therefore you must be within a reasonable commute of the office.

Position summary
The Business Analyst will work within a small team of Project delivery professionals, supporting each other and ensuring agreed deliverables are met to time, cost and quality. In addition, the Business Analyst will work with other business analysts to develop common standards for process mapping and requirements documentation across the organization, improving allpay’s ability to deliver change by sharing experiences and lessons learned. The Business Analyst will have the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify, and manage the business requirements needs of a given initiative or project. He/she will participate in the user acceptance testing, implementation, and provide support during the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit Requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, storyboards, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive process analysis, vendor analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- To document the following requirements: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Business Rules, User Requirements, Non-Functional Requirements & Support/Maintenance Requirements.
- Write Use Cases and document User Acceptance Criteria for each requirement
- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for those who base their work on those requirements.
- Lead/Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, document, and track feedback, ensure final requirements are understood by all team members involved, make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure clarity and obtain sign-off.
- Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements.
- Create documents as needed, including Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Business Requirements Documents, Process Maps, Flowcharts, Journey Maps, Roadmaps, Value Stream Maps, Timelines, & Diagrams.
- Deliver work products throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
