About The Role

allpay Limited are now recruiting for Client Services Support Apprentice to join our Client Services Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office. 
 
You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of Customer Service.
 
Reporting to Client Services Support Team Leader, in this role you will learn to provide support to our clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution of queries across 12 different products and bespoke portals.
 
Working closely with your team, you’ll learn about allpay products and services, and you will be supporting your team to help resolve queries either by phone or e-mail which may include: taking payments, password resets and assisting with downloading files.
 
Some other key elements of your new role will include:
 
  • Recording and maintaining accurate electronic records.

  • Reporting, logging and communicating faults.

  • Working towards  taking ownership of complaints and resolution.

  • Learning and maintaining relevant internal procedures. 

Please note that after 12 months in post, in line with the Government guidelines, the salary for this role will raise to £18,525 p.a.

Please note that your application will be forwarded to the Herefordshire Group Training Association (HGTA), who are the training provider for this apprenticeship, and who may contact you to arrange their assessment.

About You

To be successful in this role, a friendly and approachable attitude will be essential.

You will enjoy helping people and will be keen to learn and develop excellent customer service skills.

You will have excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate well over phone and email.

You'll be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, and have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.

You’ll have an excellent work ethic, work well as part of a team, and have high attention to detail.
