About The Role

In this role, you will assist the Facilities Team Leader in providing an efficient and customer focused facilities service. Providing support, maintenance and contractor management to allpay.

You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated Facilities team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of service.

Within this role you be:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, repair and scheduled check for the full range of the company’s fixed and movable assets including the fire alarm system and vehicle fleet whereby a full driving license is required.

  • Assisting the facilities management team in delivering a range of comprehensive services across four buildings which range from office to manufacturing and warehouse environments.  

  • Responsible for alerting the facilities management of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place.

  • Maintaining departmental records in line with regulatory needs.

 

About You

  • have an outstanding attention to detail which will shine through your work;
  • be flexible, highly organised and methodical in order to complete your work within the time scales;
  • add value to the team by sharing ideas, your knowledge and expertise gained in previous roles;
  • have good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
